Overview
Submitting your time off request in advance helps ensure proper scheduling, accurate payroll processing, and timely approval from your manager. This guide will walk you through the quick and simple steps to request time off in the system and track the status of your submissions.
View Your Time Off Balances
Log into the employee portal and navigate to your Time Off details either by selecting the Time Off option from the navigation menu or by clicking “Request New Time Off” in the Time Off Balance panel on your dashboard, as shown in the screenshot below.

Balance Details
The Balance Details section displays your current remaining time off balances, any upcoming approved time off, upcoming holidays, and a complete log of Time Off Requests that can be filtered by date range, leave type, and request status.
To submit a new Time Off Request, click the “Add a new Time Off Request” button in the screen below.

Full Day or Multiple Days Request
Use the Full Date option to request a single full day or multiple full days off. Select the appropriate Leave Type (such as PTO, Sick Time, or Vacation, if applicable), enter the start and end dates, and optionally include a note for your manager explaining the reason for your request. Generally, a Full Day is equal to 8 hours, check with your manager for your plan specifics.

Partial Day Request
Use the Partial Date option to request hours off on a single date. Select the appropriate Leave Type (such as PTO, Sick Time, or Vacation, if applicable), enter the Date, From TIme, and To Time. The number of hours will be shown. Optionally include a note for your manager explaining the reason for your request.

Conclusion
The Time Off Request Log will show the Request Status of all submissions. Requests may be Approved, Denied, or Pending Approval. Your Manager may have included Notes on your requests.
